What I Do/ Important information regarding appointments

I focus mainly on gut and mental wellness. The connection of these is known and mediated by these microbes. There are so many issues with imbalances of nutrients and hormonal, metabolic process that can cause disease. The microbes, diet, lifestyle, sleep, and stress interfere with optimal health. I offer lab tests to diagnose the status of the gut and brain/nervous system function. After thorough history, investigation and lab test results I will work with you to come up with a plan that is best suited to your lifestyle and individual health needs. We will work as a team to help you to achieve your Health Goals.

Your initial naturopathic appointment will be 90-120 minutes. All follow up visits will be 30-45 minutes. Office policies are outlined in the intake paperwork regarding appointments, rescheduling, payment, and any other pertinent office policies.

about

chrissy-DAVIS ALLEN rnd

Chrissy Davis-Allen graduated from Bastyr University in 2001 with a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. At Bastyr, she also received her doula certificate, craniosacral training, and a massage therapy certificate. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from St. Lawrence University in 1994. While at St. Lawrence, she studied abroad in Costa Rica. It was there that she was first introduced to herbal therapies and medicine from the earth. Chrissy Davis-Allen, ND practiced in Connecticut for 12 years. These years enriched her life and practice in naturopathic medicine. She practiced with chiropractors, massage therapists, DOs, acupuncturists, and APRNs. Working alongside these colleagues taught her the importance of integration in medicine. Through these experiences, she was able to treat individuals for a number of conditions including allergies, digestive issues, anxiety, depression, womenʼs health, Lyme, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, childrenʼs health, musculoskeletal health, autoimmune disease, and more. These individuals taught her the amazing power of the human spirit and the strength of natural medicine. She has recently expanded her repertoire by completing training in the use of reiki and essential oils. Through all of her experiences, she holds dear the encounters she has shared with her patients and the relationship forged. When she is out of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors- biking, hiking, running, and kayaking, with her husband and three children.

Dr. Chrissy practices in Connecticut and Colorado virtually and in person. Give her a call to connect and set up an appointment. She looks forward to working with you.
